Multimodal Registration of Fish and Nanosims Images Using Convolutional Neural Network Models

Nanoscale secondary ion mass spectrometry (nanoSIMS) and fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) microscopy provide high-resolution, multimodal image representations of the identity cell activity respectively targeted microbial communities microbiological research.
